History

Bert de Kruijk , founder and managing director of Flower and Shower, hasin the green industry since 1984. In the first ten years he initially built up a market for cuttings and young plants in England. From 1994 to 2001 he worked in Germany as sales manager and managing director of Florensis.He founded Flower and Shower in the Netherlands in 2001, fulfilling a long-held dream. Since the concept was very well received in the founding country, the first discussions followed in Germany in 2010, beforethe first German order came through in 2011. Due to high demand on the German side, De Kruijk founded a German branch in 2017, Flower and Shower GmbH, based in Kleve.
